A home for shared experiences.

A hand-built retreat and gathering place between forest and sea, near Varna, Bulgaria.

14 guests may be accommodated with an extra arrangement. The living room is approximately 50 m²; the hall accommodates approximately 25 people, depending on the activity.

The property includes a private yard, a wraparound terrace and a three-person inflatable hot tub. Current arrangements should be confirmed directly with the property.

MODEL & PHOTOGRAPHY

The real place comes first.

This explorer uses the existing Forest Sea Dome Blender model and real photographs from the owner's hero folder. Geometry is an interpretation of that evidence, not a measured survey.

Five sleeping rooms are confirmed by the owner. Four have spatial matches in this model; the fifth room's exact location and the complete per-room capacity mapping remain unresolved. Unmatched rooms are not illustrated with unrelated photographs.

Timber floors have a derived golden-tone correction. Original textures and master models are untouched. Mat arrangements are illustrative, not capacity or safety plans.

This switches only the timber floor material in the live 3D model.
